Money Miracle Rose of Jericho Spell Kit

Since July 2025, I have been wandering the wild in-between. Unemployed, applying everywhere, showing up to interviews that felt good, even promising, only to be met with the silence of being ghosted.

Meanwhile, unemployment sat at the edge of the calendar like a ticking candle stub, and I was doing my best impression of calm while secretly gnawing my cuticles and whispering “trust the process” through clenched teeth.

I was doing the work in the mundane world. Applications sent, interviews taken, even tarot readings at a bar to keep some coins flowing. Faith held together with hope, duct tape, and deep breaths.

Enter the magic.

I placed my plant in water a week and a half ago on my house altar and since day one I saw an increase in my own luck as well as work opportunity coming my husband's way. It's been reassuring to have this little guy in our corner! I also noticed that as it opened, the plant has two crown centers instead if just one, which is neat! However, the plant stopped opening after day 1, no matter how much water it was placed in. Instructions said to place it in water only up to its roots and that's what I've tried to do, but its roots are flush with its leaves so I'm not sure if I've been drowning it or not. The water level falls below the roots as the plant drinks so I guess it's fine. The last two days, however, the rose has started turning brown (see pictures). I've read it's a nitrogen deficiency so I'll try to get some fertilizer for it.
I also think the "spell kit" description is a little generous; my box came with the dried rose in a small mesh bag, a slip of paper that said to put it in a shallow dish in water up to its roots on a friday, and a small charm that was listed as a free gift, so really the spell kit contains the rose and the paper.
I'd like to give it 5 stars because the results are really great but I can't figure out how to care for it properly and some instructions on that end would be great. I also do think calling it a kit is a little generous.

I love this Jericho Rose! It is a beautiful fascination and wonderful addition to my personal altar. Each Friday I follow the instructions and the peaceful mindfulness of the the ritual of opening is a blessing to me. I am grateful for learning about and receiving this Jericho Rose. rose of jericho is just magic, i like using moonwater on it. it takes a few hours to open so plan ahead if u have a specific day u want it to bloom
