This policy applies specifically to SMS and text-message communications from Parlour of Wonders.

When you voluntarily request or opt in to receive text messages from Parlour of Wonders, you may receive messages related to your request, including product recommendations, candle-color recommendations, reading and service links, conversational responses, customer-care information, and, when separately requested, occasional promotional updates.

Phone-Based Free Tarot Reading

You may call our publicly listed business number and interact with our automated free tarot-reading experience. After the reading, you may be offered the option to receive a text message containing a link to book a longer paid reading or spiritual session.

Before requesting the text, you will hear a disclosure explaining that pressing the designated key will cause Parlour of Wonders to send you a text message, that message frequency may vary, that message and data rates may apply, and that you may reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance.

No text message is sent unless you take the affirmative action described in the recording. After requesting the message, you may receive a confirmation text asking you to reply YES. The requested link will be sent only after you reply YES.

Phone-Based Text a Witch Shopping Concierge

You may call our business number and use the automated Text a Witch shopping concierge to receive help choosing a candle spell kit, candle color, spellwork service, or spiritual session.

After receiving an automated recommendation, you may be invited to press a designated key to request the recommendation and link by text. Before requesting the text, you will hear the applicable message-frequency, message-and-data-rate, STOP, and HELP disclosures.

No recommendation link is sent by text unless you affirmatively request it. You may receive a confirmation message asking you to reply YES before the requested recommendation is delivered.

Text-Based Shopping Concierge

You may initiate the Text a Witch shopping concierge by sending WITCH, a displayed menu number, or another requested response to our business telephone number.

By initiating or continuing this conversation, you consent to receive automated conversational responses associated with the request you initiated. These responses may include questions about your shopping intention and a recommendation for a candle spell kit, candle color, spellwork service, or paid reading.

Participation in the shopping concierge does not automatically enroll you in recurring promotional messages.

Optional Promotional Messages

You may separately choose to receive occasional promotional messages from Parlour of Wonders about new products, limited-edition releases, restocks, and subscriber discounts.

To join this optional promotional program, you must take a separate affirmative action, such as texting JOIN after viewing or hearing the applicable disclosure.

Consent to receive promotional messages is separate from your participation in the free-reading or shopping-concierge experiences. You are not required to consent to promotional messages in order to use our website, receive a requested recommendation, book a session, or make a purchase.

What Messages You May Receive

Depending on how you interact with Parlour of Wonders, you may receive:

  • a requested link to book a paid reading or spiritual session;
  • a requested candle spell kit or product recommendation;
  • a recommended candle color or product variation;
  • a requested link to a spellwork service;
  • automated conversational replies through the Text a Witch shopping concierge;

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan. Parlour of Wonders is not responsible for messaging or data charges imposed by your wireless provider.

How to Opt Out

You can opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us.

We may also recognize similar opt-out words supported by our messaging provider, including CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, OPTOUT, and STOPALL.

After opting out, you may receive one final text confirming that your request has been processed. You will not receive additional messages unless you later provide consent again. You may reply START to resubscribe where supported.
