Nicole Tippit This oil has been a staple for my daily practice. I use this one combined with the Release & Restore Oil every night to let go of any remaining negativity, outside energies/influences, and to get restorative sleep. I usually mix a few drops of each into my body lotion which I apply every night before bed. It just helps me feel so much better, sleep better, and has even helped remove the stagnating energy left behind after a bad falling out with someone I used to call a friend. I can't recommend this oil enough.
