I have been exploring different meditation techniques and these resources have been a real discovery for me. They are extremely relaxing and transport me to a state of deep calm.
These guided meditations are perfect for relaxing and really focusing on the spiritual self. I alternate between them and my respite is to listen to one or the other in the evening after work and all the hubbub of the day. I really do feel transported to a special place and engaged with the energy on the ethereal plane. So helpful. Thank you, Madame Pamita!!!
