Booking & Cancellation Policy

Zoom, Phone, Facetime, Email, Video Message, and Audio Message Readings are to be paid in advance at the time of booking. In-Person sessions are paid at the conclusion of the session with cash, card, Venmo or PayPal.

Please note that you may change or cancel your appointment at any time up to 24 hours ahead of your appointment time by clicking on the link in your confirmation email. Cancellations made more than 24 hours ahead of your appointment time are 100% refunded.

If you wish to change your appointment less than 24 hours ahead of your time, please email info@parlourofwonders.com and we will assist you. Appointments canceled less than 24 hours ahead of your appointment time will receive a 50% refund.

There is no refund for missed appointments or no shows.

PHONE READINGS are available to phone lines in the USA and Canada We will call you at the time of your appointment. Phone readings include the option of an audio recording of our session available as free download.

ZOOM READINGS are available to anyone around the world. We will call you at the time of your appointment. Zoom is free and Zoom readings include the option of a video recording of our session available as free download.

FACETIME READINGS are available to anyone around the world. We will call you at the time of your appointment. Please include your phone number or email account when you make your appointment. Facetime readings include the option of an audio recording of our session available as free download.

EMAIL READINGS are available to anyone around the world from some of our readers. All that you need to do is send your question(s) and the birthdates of you and anyone else involved in your questions to your reader at least 6 hours before your appointment time and she will reply after the conclusion your appointment time. Please book 15 minutes per question (i.e. 45 minute reading = 3 questions or fewer).
