Appointments may be changed or canceled up to 24 hours before the appointment time through the confirmation email.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours ahead are refunded in full. Cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead receive a 50% refund. Missed appointments and no-shows are not refunded.
You Can Choose More Than One Focus
If you are not sure which type of reading is best, you can share that at the beginning of your session. Your practitioner can help guide the session toward what will be most useful.
Remote Sessions Are Available
Remote session formats may include Zoom, Google Meet, FaceTime, phone, or email depending on the practitioner and session selected. We can also record your session, just remind us as we get started.
